Enjoy a fantastic four-course culinary experience at the enchanting "Costadoro" restaurant in Bardolino, lulled by the lake breeze, in absolute tranquility, and delighted by the quality of the service, the dishes, and the fine wines that have been carefully selected by Claudio Lenotti together with Maria, Fabio, and Marcello, the owners of the Costadoro Restaurant in Bardolino, to accompany each gastronomic creation.
THE MENU
1) ANTIPASTO COSTADORO
Experience a harmonious blend of local cold cuts and cheeses with sweet and sour pickled vegetables, complemented by grilled polenta and handcrafted mustards.
2) BIS DI PRIMI PIATTI
Homemade tagliatelle pasta, featuring precious truffle from Monte Baldo.
Busiate pasta with Trapanese pesto, a poem of sun-dried tomatoes, crunchy almonds, aged Grana cheese, and fragrant basil.
3) TAGLIATA DI PETTO D’ANATRA
Served on a bed of delicate lamb's lettuce, enhanced by a drizzle of balsamic glaze with honey and a sprinkle of pistachio brittle, alongside classic Sicilian caponata prepared following Grandma Nicolina's age-old recipe.
4) SEMIFREDDO AL RUM
With caramelized notes, paired with salted orange caramel.
5) CAFFE’ E DIGESTIVO
