Terms and Conditions for Winery Tastings

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and participation in wine tastings and events offered by Cantine Lenotti Srl (hereinafter “the Winery”). By making a booking, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Subject of the Service

The Winery offers various types of wine tastings and events, as detailed on the website https://www.lenotti.com/lenotti-experience/. The service includes a guided tasting and the sampling of the wines specified for each package.

  1. Prenotazione e Pagamento

Modalità di Prenotazione: Le degustazioni possono essere prenotate tramite il modulo online sul sito web https://www.lenotti.com/lenotti-experience/ o contattando direttamente la Cantina via telefono/email.

Conferma della Prenotazione: La prenotazione si considera confermata solo al ricevimento del pagamento o, in caso di pagamento in loco, al ricevimento di una conferma scritta via email da parte della Cantina.

Payment Methods

Online: For bookings made online, credit/debit card payments are accepted. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm it.

At the Winery (direct purchase only): Payment in cash or via POS (credit/debit card) is accepted only for tasting purchases made directly at the Winery in Bardolino. This payment method is not available for online bookings.

Promotional Codes/Gift Vouchers: If in possession of a promotional code or a gift voucher, it can be applied during the online booking process or communicated at the time of direct booking at the winery, if applicable. Gift vouchers are redeemable only once.

  1. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Changes by the Customer: Any requests to change the date or time of the tasting must reach the Winery with at least 48 hours' notice via email or telephone. Changes are subject to availability.

Cancellation by the Customer: In the event of cancellation or failure to appear (“no-show”), the amount paid shall be non-refundable.

Cancellation by the Winery: The Winery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tasting in the event of force majeure, adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund or to reschedule the tasting to an agreed date.

Delays: Please arrive promptly at the agreed time. In the event of a significant delay, the Winery may not be able to guarantee the full duration of the tasting or may be unable to conduct it at all, without the right to a refund.

3.1 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to services concerning leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, once the booking for a specific date is confirmed, the Customer may not exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, and only the cancellation and refund policies indicated in point 3 of this document shall remain valid.

  1. Conditions of Participation

Minimum Age: Participation in the Winery tour is open to everyone. However, wine tasting is permitted only to adults according to Italian law (18 years of age or older). No alcohol will be served to persons under the age of 18. The Winery reserves the right to request a valid identity document.

Conduct: Participants are required to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior. The Winery reserves the right to remove anyone who violates this rule without entitlement to a refund.

Allergies and Intolerances: Please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking or before the start of the tasting. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee the total absence of traces.

  1. Liability

The Winery declines any liability for any damage to persons or property caused by the negligence or imprudent behavior of participants during the tasting.

  1. Privacy

Personal data provided by Customers will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.lenotti.com/privacy-policy/.

  1. Legge Applicabile e Foro Competente

I presenti Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia derivante dai presenti Termini o relativa ad essi, sarà competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Verona.
