Like all successful wineries that have been active for decades and intend to continue to do so for a long time to come, we have always focused our production cycle on the high quality of our wines and the efficiency of our production processes, with the utmost respect for the environment in which we operate, always keeping in mind the environmental sustainability of the processes and the “social” aspects for all those involved in the work processes.

Another fundamental aspect for us is the genuineness of our products and respect for the nature that our earth offers. To this day, we use the most advanced production technologies, all aimed at improving the quality and originality of our wines and avoiding any additives or chemical substances in the production processes. With these goals in mind, we have set up state-of-the-art winemaking, preservation and bottling facilities. Each phase of production is carried out with the utmost respect for the wine, and through innovative processes such as controlled fermentation at low temperature, tartaric reduction by electrodialysis and cold bottling in a sterile bottling plant, we have succeeded in minimizing the addition of sulphur dioxide, which, in small quantities, is an essential element in the conservation of wine.
Thanks to the tireless and far-sighted work of Giancarlo Lenotti, an expert and connoisseur of these aspects, thanks to the attention we pay to the healthy management of our vineyards and the respectful preservation of the environment that surrounds them, and thanks to our state-of-the-art facilities, we can say that we have achieved results in terms of the genuineness and quality of our wines that are, to put it very carefully, “sensational”.
