Tour & Tasting

IT/EN

Italian and English

Our aim is to retrace the steps of the grape: from vineyard to bottle.

The tour therefore begins from the vineyard right behind our estate (Santa Cristina Vineyard), one of the few remaining in our area just a few hundred meters from Lake Garda.

We will then continue to the grape reception area and the fermentation cellar.

We then move down to the barrel cellar below, which consists of two large underground rooms with controlled humidity and temperature

You will then be accompanied to the bottling room, where the wine is packaged and where you can see all the necessary bottling machinery at work.

This is followed by a visit to the warehouses, where all the wine ready for shipment is located.

During our tour you will hear a lot of details about Lenotti Family history and about our company, as well as explanations and stories about our wines.

At the end of our tour you will finally enjoy the result of our work.

The tasting includes a sampling of 4 wines, which will always feature an “Amarone Docg Classico” selected from one of our finest vintages.

You will hear details about history and technique of production for each wine.

The tasting is accompanied by baked goods (such as crackers or breadsticks).

How to reach us

The tour and wine tasting at Lenotti were exemplary. So informative about the whole process, from grape to bottle – leading up to tasting 4 of their exquisite wines – especially the 2012 Amarone, my favorite, though all 4 were very enjoyable. Our guide, Michiel, was extraordinary. It was also wonderful to meet the fourth generation of the Lenotti family, who now runs the winery. An absolute must if you are in Bardolino.

I highly recommend this wine tour and tasting. Our guide, Michele, was extremely knowledgeable and made the tour both interesting and fun! The 4 wines were all superb. The owner, Claudio, joined us to say a few words, which was a lovely surprise and reinforced the passion behind this family business. The best wine tour we have ever done.

We had a great tour of the Lenotti winery this afternoon. Our guide, Michele, was highly knowledgeable and able to answer a wide range of questions from the people in the group. It was very interesting to hear about the production process and to appreciate what really goes into winemaking. We concluded the tour with a tasting session and sampled 4 wines. All of them were very good, but my favorite was definitely the Amarone. Thank you so much for the experience.
