Guided winery tour

Our aim is to retrace the steps of the grape: from vineyard to bottle.

The tour therefore begins from the vineyard right behind our estate (Santa Cristina Vineyard), one of the few remaining in our area just a few hundred meters from Lake Garda.

We will then continue to the grape reception area and the fermentation cellar.

We then move down to the barrel cellar below, which consists of two large underground rooms with controlled humidity and temperature

You will then be accompanied to the bottling room, where the wine is packaged and where you can see all the necessary bottling machinery at work.

This is followed by a visit to the warehouses, where all the wine ready for shipment is located.

During our tour you will hear a lot of details about Lenotti Family history and about our company, as well as explanations and stories about our wines.

Wines included in the tasting

At the end of our tour you will finally enjoy the result of our work.

The tasting includes a sampling of 4 wines, which will always feature an “Amarone Docg Classico” selected from one of our finest vintages.

You will hear details about history and technique of production for each wine.

The tasting is accompanied by baked goods (such as crackers or breadsticks).

Useful info & accessibility

The winery tour with a tasting of 4 wines costs €30 per person. Payment will be made directly at the winery. Children and teenagers under 18 who do not participate in the tasting are free of charge.
There are no particular architectural barriers so that the tour is open to all guests. We should however be informed in case of motor difficulties so that we can plan the tour through appropriate routes.
We love all animals and dogs are very welcome. Unfortunately, due to health regulations, they can not access the cellar, but they are admitted without any problems in our shop and, at the end of the tour, during the tasting. You can safely leave them in our garden and it will be a pleasure for us to have a look at them while you will enjoy our tour.

How to reach us

Directly on the main road in the center of Bardolino. It's a 10-minute walk (700 meters) from Bardolino port and a 5-minute walk (300 meters) from the bus station.
We also have a convenient and spacious car park.

You get to see the vineyards and the whole process of the wine making topped off with a really relaxed wine tasting after with 4 fantastic wines.  Verificata What a fantastic experience! We asked our hotel for a recommendation for a winery tour. They just wrote down “Lenotti”. So pleased they did. The advantages of this tour, compared to some others, is that you see the whole journey - they have one of their vineyards on site, they make the wine and bottle it on site. So you see every stage. More importantly, the tour is delivered in a captivating way with lots of interesting facts and warm humour.  Verificata Fabulous tour and tasting at this family run winery We had been looking for a wine tour that was close to us and didn't involve a trek to get there. Found this fabulous family run vineyard in the middle of Bardolino which was walking distance to the town centre. It was a lovely experience with a trip round the winery to share the history and wine making process followed by a wine tasting of 4 wines where we met one of the current family members. Man kunne sagtens mærke at Michela brændte for at fortælle om Lenotti. Sidst men ikke mindst kom Claudio, fjerde generation Lenotti, forbi til sidst, og det satte bare prikken over i-et.  Verificata Underhållande, kunnigt och GOTT En mycket trevlig tur där man fick följa druvans väg från fältet till färdigt vin. Mycket intressant och man lärde sig massor. Att sedan guiden var otroligt kompetent och underhållande gjorde inte saken sämre. Vinprovningen…toppen…vi fick smaka 4 fantastiska viner i lugn takt. Vinnaren var förstås ett Amarone från 2013…WOW. Ett extra plus att en ur ägarfamiljen kom och hälsade på oss och berättade mer om gården och familjen. Die Führung durch das Weingut war sehr interessant und sympathisch gestaltet. Man bekommt einen tollen Einblick in die Herstellung der verschiedenen Weine und erfährt viel über die Region, die Rebsorten und natürlich auch über die besondere Herstellung des Amarone. Die anschließende Verkostung war für uns das Highlight. Die Weine waren hervorragend, alles wurde verständlich und mit viel Leidenschaft erklärt und man konnte jederzeit Fragen stellen. Besonders schön fanden wir die angenehme und persönliche Atmosphäre – wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ein wirklich gelungener Abschluss unseres Urlaubs am Gardasee. 🍷🇮🇹 Wir würden die Tour jederzeit wieder machen und können einen Besuch bei Lenotti jedem Weinliebhaber – und auch Weinanfängern – empfehlen.
