Grapes<\/strong>: White grapes Cortese and Garganega. System of growing: espalier with guyot.<\/p>\n

Vinification and Production System<\/strong>: Vinification with soft pressing of the\nentire grapes in lung presses, fermentation at controlled temperature (15-\n16\u00b0C.), preservation in thermoconditioned inox tanks, cold bottling in sterile\nbottling line.<\/p>\n

Organoleptic Description<\/strong>: Dry white wine, with complex structure, and full-bodied and fruity aroma.<\/p>\n

Color<\/strong>: Light straw-yellow, a little green<\/p>\n

Bouquet<\/strong>: Fruity intense aroma, with hints of peach and apple, together with a delicate bouquet of flowers.<\/p>\n
