Grapes<\/strong>: From white grapes \u201cChardonnay\u201d (100%). System of growing: traditional with pergola and espalier.<\/p>\n

Soil composition<\/strong>: Grounds of glacial and alluvial origin.<\/p>\n

Vinification and Production System<\/strong>: Initial soft pressing of the grapes, short maceration with the skins, immediate separation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature (15-16\u00b0C.), preservation in thermoconditioned inox tanks, cold bottling in sterile bottling line.<\/p>\n

Organoleptic Description<\/strong>: Dry white wine, light and delicate.<\/p>\n
