“Cuvèe Extradry Lenotti” Spumante



Alcohol: 11.5% vol.

Area of Production: Region: Veneto. Morenic hills to the east of Lake Garda.

Grapes: The traditional “Pinot Grigio” (70%) and the autoctone “Incrocio Manzoni” (30%) a really traditional grape of our area.

Soil Composition: Argillaceous grounds of glacial origin.

Vinification and Production System: Short maceration with the skins, immediate separation of the must, long fermentation with selected yeasts in inox tanks (charmat methode) at controlled temperature (15-16°C.), cold bottling in sterile bottling line.

Organoleptic Description: Half-dry and mellow white sparkling wine (15,8 g/l residual sugar), light and delicate, with an intense fruity bouquet.

Color: Pale straw-yellow color, fine and persistent perlage.

Bouquet: Fruity and elegant.

Taste: Delicate but intense.

Serving Temperature: To be served very cold at 6-7°C.

Preservation: To be drunk young. Store in a fresh, dry and dark place.

Gastronomic Suggestions: Excellent aperitif, goes perfectly also at the end of the meal with sweets and desserts.
