Alkohol<\/strong>: 14,5% vol.<\/p>\n

Anbaugebiet<\/strong>: Region: Veneto. Klassisches Anbaugebiet in der Valpolicellazone n\u00f6rdlich von Verona. In den H\u00fcgeln der Gemeinden von Negrar, Valgatara und Fumane.<\/p>\n

Weintrauben<\/strong>: Dieser Wein wird in limitierter Menge aus roten Trauben hergestellt: Corvina (70%), Rondinella (25%) und andere rote trauben (5%). Der Anbau erfolgt nach traditioneller Spalier- und Dachlaubenerziehung.<\/p>\n

Boden<\/strong>: Calcareous and argillaceous grounds of glacial and alluvial origin.<\/p>\n

Weinbereitungssystem<\/strong>: Die ausgelesenen Trauben werden leicht gepresst. Danach erfolgt im Oktober eine 6-8 Tage dauernde temperaturkontrollierte erste Verg\u00e4rung (24-25\u00b0C.). Dann ruht der Wein f\u00fcr 3 Monate in thermoklimatisierten Edelstahlbeh\u00e4ltern. Im Februar\/M\u00e4rz wird der bereits einmal vergorene Most ein zweites Mal vergoren. Dieses Mal wird der Trester des Amarone zugegeben. Dies verleiht dem Ripasso seinen einzigartigen Charakter. Der Wein reift danach f\u00fcr etwa ein Jahr in Eichenholzf\u00e4ssern.<\/p>\n

Beschreibung<\/strong>: Trockener, dunkler und k\u00f6rperreicher Rotwein, die Fasslagerung l\u00e4sst den Wein weicher wirken.<\/p>\n

Farbe<\/strong>: Kr\u00e4ftiges rubinrot mit granatroten Nuancen.<\/p>\n

Duft<\/strong>: F\u00fclliger und k\u00f6rperreicher Rotwein mit intensiven Fruchtnoten von dunklen Beeren, einem Hauch von Kaffee- und Schokoladennoten sowie die Aromen edler Gew\u00fcrze, wie Nelken und Vanille.<\/p>\n

Geschmack<\/strong>: Sehr kraftvoll, geschmeidig und elegant.<\/p>\n

Trinktemperatur<\/strong>: Bei Raumtemperatur servieren (18-19\u00b0C.).<\/p>\n

Lagerung<\/strong>: Er kann 7-8 Jahren nach der Weinlese lagern und sollte in einem trocken und dunklen Raum aufbewahrt werden.<\/p>\n
